Privacy notice
This draft describes the intended handling of website enquiries by Kinetice build solution LLP, trading as KINBSOL. It requires owner review before the website is launched or enquiries are enabled.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, optional company, service interest, and project description. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential business records.
How information is used
Enquiry information is intended to be used to understand your request, respond to you, and discuss a possible engagement. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and security
When configured, Resend processes enquiry emails, Supabase stores enquiries and website usage statistics, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated submissions. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses and server logs. The owner must confirm the final providers, processing locations (including the Supabase project region), contractual safeguards, and relevant disclosures before launch.
Storage and retention
When storage is configured, enquiries are saved in a Supabase database that only the site owner can access through a password-protected admin page. Enquiries may also be retained in the recipient mailbox, delivery-provider records, and hosting logs. The owner must define a retention schedule and deletion process for each system before enabling the form.
Cookies and external services
The website uses first-party, cookieless usage statistics: the pages viewed, clicks on links and controls, how far a page is scrolled, the referring website, approximate country, and device, browser, and operating-system type. No cookies are set for this and IP addresses are not stored; visits are counted with a one-way identifier that changes every day. A random identifier kept in your browser tab for the length of a visit groups the pages viewed together. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted. There is no advertising tracking. When enabled, the contact page also loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information for abuse prevention. The owner must review any disclosure or consent obligations for the intended audience.
Your choices and requests
You may wish to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable requirements. Before launch, the owner must provide a verified privacy contact and confirm the process for handling requests.
